Dr. Ralph Brown, age 81, passed away Tuesday at Laughlin Memorial Hospital. He was a dentist. Ralph Brown graduated for High School in Mosheim in 1949. He entered the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and graduated from the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry in Memphis in 1956 where he was a member of Delta Sigma Delta Dental fraternity. He was a member of the Greene County Dental Society, First District Dental Association, and member of Tennessee Dental Associates and the American Dental Associates. Following graduation, Dr. Brown did his internship at the Georgia State Hospital in Milledgeville, Georgia, and a year tour of duty in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He obtained the rank of Captain in the Dental Corps and was a staff member at Womack Army Hospital in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He began his practice of Dentistry in Greeneville in 1959. He also was a member of the Greene County Health Department for a year. He served for many years on the Board of Directors of Greene County Bank and rose to position of Chairman of the Board. He was a member of Asbury Methodist Church, holding several offices. He also had a love for flying and enjoyed golfing in his later years. During his younger years, he was actively involved with the 4-H. Through his retirement, he carried on his love for farming.

Ned L. Livingston, age 77, passed away Thursday at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Ned lived in Mohawk, TN. He was a Ned has worked for the Tennessee Field Office of National Agricultural Statistics for 15 years. He loved talking to his people and interviewing his farmers. He got along so well with everyone!. Ned was a faithful member of the Warrensburg Baptist Church choir who loved music and singing. He sang with a group of friends who went to nursing homes to sing to residents. He was a kind and caring person who wished to help people even in death by being an organ donor through Vanderbilt Medical Center. The family wishes to express their thanks to all of his family, friends, and church members for their prayers and help.

Clyde Johnson, 77, of W. Main Street, formerly of Johnson Road, passed away Wednesday morning at his home.
He was a 1954 graduate of Camp Creek High School. He worked at Keene Corp., Delfasco, and Doehler Jarvis. Mr. Johnson was also active in the Democratic Party.
