A safe, compassionate adult day facility close to Downtown Greeneville, offering services that help adults remain active, engaged, and independent while giving caregivers respite and peace of mind.

We serve adults age 18 and older who benefit from supportive care, nursing oversight, meaningful activities, and social connection, including individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, stroke, Physical disabilites, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

ALPS provides medically supported adult day services that combine compassionate nursing care, meaningful activities, and individualized support to help adults thrive while giving families peace of mind knowing their loved one is cared for during the day by a trained and compassionate nursing staff and team.

We accept: Veteran’s Admin., TennCare CHOICES, Long-Term Care, Private Pay, Sliding Fee Scale

ALPS Adult Day Services is a Nonprofit Organization offering services to those with low to moderate incomes.
