The Lancer Capital Group Foundation is dedicated to fostering future leaders by empowering Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) programs. Through strategic investment in essential unit activities, enriching educational experiences, and annual college scholarships, the Foundation supports exceptional cadets as they pursue higher education and lifelong success. Rooted in Greeneville, TN, the Foundation is committed to building character, leadership, and a stronger community, with an impact that extends beyond the local area. The Foundation was established by William Sams, a former cadet in Greeneville High’s AFJROTC program, as a way to support and give back to the organization that poured so much into him.
