MyRide Greeneville

Description

MyRide Greeneville delivers safe, caring, and compassionate transportation providing door-through-door service for our deserving 60+ seniors in Greeneville and much of Greene County.

We are a volunteer dependent transportation program. Our dedicated volunteers use their own vehicles to take seniors to doctor appointments, the grocery store, and other errands within a 15-mile radius of the Roby Adult Center. They stay on the premises during most appointments, so the riders can get home as soon as they are finished. Volunteering is simple and flexible enough to meet busy schedules. 

Drivers receive training and support as well as quarterly mileage reimbursement. They are also provided supplemental auto, liability and medical insurance while driving or the program. A AAA Classic Membership is available as well.

The annual cost is $25 per person and $6 for each ride (up to 3 stops).
