  • User Submissions: You may submit content to the Websites, including business listings, events, jobs listings, and any other content intended for public viewing (collectively, “User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so and that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.  Site administrators may suspend or remove any content that violates any laws, third-party rights, or copyrights. Any User Content that is violates the User Conduct is subject to suspension or removal.
  • User Conduct: You agree not to use the Websites to:
    • Post any business listings, events, or jobs that are not geographically located within the provided location city, state, and zip form fields.
    • Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.  
    • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or imply your affiliation with a person or entity.
    • Upload or transmit any files that contain viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other malicious code.
    • Interfere with or disrupts the operation of the Websites or any server or network connected to the Websites.
  • Ownership of User Content: You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant the Websites a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Websites.  

3. Content

The Websites may contain content that is not owned by the Websites (e.g., third-party advertisements, links to external websites, User Content). The Websites do not endorse or control such content and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or legality.

4. Intellectual Property

The Websites and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the Websites’s intellectual property without our prior written consent.  

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, which is located in the United States.

The Websites may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Websites after any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
